Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TrackAnything's fleet tracking and management platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TrackAnything portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, providing reasonable notice for significant changes.
Service Availability
TrackAnything provides GPS fleet tracking services utilizing self-hosted OpenStreetMap vector tiles and PostGIS infrastructure. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Service availability may be affected by:
- Hardware limitations of your chosen 365GPS-protocol trackers.
- Cellular network coverage and availability within Kenya.
- Scheduled maintenance windows (notified in advance).
Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Track individuals without their explicit, legally valid consent.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the TrackAnything platform or mapping APIs.
- Use the service for illegal activities, including but not limited to stalking or harassment.
- Resell the Service data without explicit authorization from TrackAnything.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TrackAnything Fleet Solutions, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
This includes without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service, third-party conduct, content obtained from the Service, or unauthorized access to your transmissions or content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
